EasyShipy Buyer Communication Services Policy

1. Communication Services
EasyShipy may provide Seller-enabled communication services for sending Shipment-related notifications to Buyers through supported channels, including SMS, WhatsApp or other communication channels made available through the Platform.
2. Permitted Communications
Communications may include:
- Shipment confirmation;
- tracking information;
- pickup notification;
- delivery notification;
- NDR notification;
- RTO notification;
- delivery-status updates;
- COD-related notifications; and
- other legitimate Shipment-related communications.
3. Seller Authorisation
By enabling communication services, the Seller authorises EasyShipy to process and transmit the necessary recipient information to the applicable communication provider for the purpose of sending the selected communication.
4. Charges
Applicable communication charges may be deducted from the Seller's prepaid balance.
Charges may depend on:
- communication channel;
- message type;
- destination;
- provider;
- applicable template/category;
- number of messages; and
- applicable taxes.
5. Message Content
The Seller is responsible for the accuracy and legality of Seller-provided message content.
Seller content must not:
- be misleading;
- contain unlawful material;
- impersonate another person;
- contain prohibited promotional material where not permitted;
- violate applicable communication rules; or
- infringe third-party rights.
6. Delivery
EasyShipy does not guarantee delivery of every communication because delivery may depend on telecommunications networks, WhatsApp/provider systems, recipient settings, template approval, network availability and other third-party factors.
7. Recipient Data
The Seller must ensure that the recipient information provided to EasyShipy may lawfully be used for the relevant Shipment-related communication.
EasyShipy may process recipient information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
8. Provider Restrictions
Communication services may be subject to the terms, policies and technical requirements of the applicable communication provider.
9. Service Suspension
EasyShipy may restrict communication services where required for security, fraud prevention, policy violations, provider requirements or legal compliance.
